Role split

Workspace content, journalist data, generated outputs, and outreach operations are handled as processor activities under customer instruction.

Account administration, billing, abuse prevention, security response, and legal compliance records may be handled as independent controller activities where required to operate the service.

Processor commitments

Subprocessors and incident notice

The current subprocessor list is published in the Subprocessor Register and Privacy Policy, aligned to the controller / processor boundary.

When a security incident is confirmed, customer notice follows the current enterprise package process.
