Processor commitments
- Process customer data only on documented customer instructions and under the applicable agreement.
- Apply confidentiality obligations and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
- Support authenticated deletion and export workflows for administrators.
Subprocessors and incident notice
The current subprocessor list is published in the Subprocessor Register and Privacy Policy, aligned to the controller / processor boundary.
When a security incident is confirmed, customer notice follows the current enterprise package process.
