Baseline rule for public plans
- A public plan service period starts when payment is completed.
- Unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing, fees for a service period already in progress are not prorated for refund.
- The Free plan is not a billable product and therefore has no refund component.
Cancellation and next billing cycle
When an administrator cancels, automatic renewal stops and the current paid period remains available until it ends.
After that paid period ends, the workspace may move to the Free plan or another separately agreed fallback state.
Exceptions and Enterprise contracts
- Duplicate charges, clear billing errors, and legally required refund cases are reviewed individually.
- For Enterprise or other contract-led packages, the executed order form or agreement governs refund and cancellation terms.
