Retention and deletion

Sessions, audit data, shared links, and workspace outputs follow distinct retention windows based on purpose and legal duty.

Cookies and preference controls

The public site exposes Essential, Functional, Analytics, and Marketing cookie categories.

Optional analytics or marketing storage is disabled by default and must never activate without prior consent.
